We are looking for an experienced Business Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Consultant in the Utilities sector, capable of providing customized CRM solutions to improve process efficiency and customer experience. Key responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis for the Utilities Sector: Collaborate with energy and utility clients to understand specific needs, identify pain points, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Custom CRM Configuration: Design and implement tailor-made solutions based on Dynamics 365 CRM, configuring specific modules for the utilities sector, such as customer management, billing, and support processes.
  • Utility System Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with meter management systems, customer portals, and billing software to ensure a comprehensive and unified view of the customer.
  • Pre-sales and Industry Demos: Support pre-sales activities by providing presentations and demos that highlight the capabilities of Dynamics 365 CRM in addressing utility needs.
  • Training and Change Management: Provide end-user training, support organizational change, and ensure effective adoption of the solution across the business.
  • Customer Service Optimization and Customer Experience: Advise clients on how to use Dynamics 365 CRM to enhance the customer journey, reduce response times, and optimize complaint and request management.

Required skills

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM consultant, preferably with experience in the Utilities sector (energy, gas, water, etc.).
  • Experience in pre-sales, including conducting demos and communicating the product’s value to clients in the sector.
  • Advanced configuration and management of Dynamics 365 CRM, with a focus on modules dedicated to customer service, sales, and billing management.
  • Familiarity with integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with utility systems, such as meter management systems, billing, and Customer Information Systems (CIS) solutions.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for managing customer experience and customer relationships.
