An employment contract involves working for someone, in exchange for a salary, employees must carry out their work under the supervision of another individual. There are different types of paid work in Italy:
  • Employed work

  • Part-time work
  • Apprenticeship
  • Temporary employment contract (Legislative Decree No. 81/2015)
  • Staff leasing contract (Legislative Decree No. 81/2015)
