Fracm S.p.A., a company specialized in sheet metal processing, is seeking an Experienced Laser Cutting Operator for its headquarters in Brescello (RE).

What You Will Do

• Operate state-of-the-art laser cutting machines, with a strong focus on Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Program and manage laser cutting robots.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure quality and precision throughout the process.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or professional qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent knowledge of technical drawings.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable environment.
• Genuine interest in mechanics, technology, and robotics.
• Good manual skills and ability to set up machines.
• Teamwork attitude, precision, and reliability.
• Forklift license (preferred but not mandatory).
