The resource inserted within the Product Engineering Department ensures the completion of assigned projects within the agreed timelines and costs, adhering to Automotive Customer Requirements. They will be responsible for managing all technical activities related to the development of new products and the improvement of existing products, interfacing with Process Engineering, the Sales Department, and the Quality Department to guarantee quality and compliance with the timelines agreed upon with the Customer. 

 

The candidate, preferably holding a degree in Management Engineering, boasts significant experience gained in structured Automotive Companies focused on innovation, along with strong managerial, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The company offers the opportunity to work in a high-level professional environment that is continuously growing. Knowledge of the English language and willingness to undertake potential international travel are required.
