Fracm S.p.A., a leading company in sheet metal processing, is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician (mechanical and electrical areas) for its headquarters in Brescello (RE).
Reporting to the Facility Manager, the selected candidate will join the Maintenance Team and will be responsible for the following activities:
• Maintenance of mechanical machinery
• Support in first-response maintenance for breakdowns
• Assistance with routine, extraordinary, and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshooting and identifying the best repair solutions
• Ordering of materials
Required Qualifications:
• Technical or mechanical diploma preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
• Proactivity and flexibility
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment
Working hours: Day shift
