RAMA is a multi-business company based in reggio emilia, operating on a global scale. through various dedicated divisions, it distributes and customizes engines for original equipment manufacturers (oem) in the non-automotive sector; distributes spare parts and manages after-sales service; designs, produces, and distributes its own branded products for gardening and green care; as well as other activities.
Inserted within the human resources office and reporting to the hr manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects related to personnel administration for RAMA s.p.a. and, with the support of local consultants, for the swiss branch rama motori gmbh. by way of example, but not limited to, the role will include: managing communication with the payroll consultant; handling hiring, termination, and contract extension procedures; monitoring time tracking and justifications via company software; checking payslips; managing absence certificates and related mandatory communications; monitoring expense reports, travel allowances, and assigned company vehicle usage; ordering meal vouchers; analyzing and sharing new hr-related regulations and guidelines with colleagues; managing procedures related to the provision of company welfare benefits; and reporting on funded training courses.
Main responsibilities:
previous experience in personnel administration, preferably gained in corporate environments, consulting firms, or employment agencies
excellent knowledge of the english language; knowledge of german will be considered a plus (but not mandatory)
strong computer skills and prior experience using applications and/or software for attendance and payroll management
residence in the province of reggio emilia
orderliness, precision, sense of responsibility

Education
Preferably a university degree, or alternatively, an adequate post-secondary education focused on personnel administration topics.
