We are looking for a Legal Specialist to join the Legal Department in supporting the Group’s commercial and compliance activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for the Company and the Group, including those with external parties;
- Supporting the analysis of industry regulations and managing legal issues impacting the Group, including participation in or management of dedicated projects (such as the Group’s ESG project);
- Assisting in managing matters related to intellectual property and the trademark and patent portfolio;
- Supporting the management of litigation and pre-litigation, liaising with external legal counsel;
- Handling matters related to privacy and compliance, including corporate governance for listed companies;
- Participating in meetings and supporting the activities of the Privacy Office and the Supervisory Body.
Required skills
- Degree in Law;
- At least two to three years of experience in leading national or international law firms or structured companies;
- Excellent academic background;
- Strong analytical skills;
- A high sense of responsibility and results orientation;
- Organizational skills;
- Excellent command of the English language (writing and speaking); knowledge of a second language (French, German, or Spanish) is considered a nice to have;
- Bar qualification will be considered a plus.
