Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical and consultative support to clients.
- Troubleshoot issues related to management software and CRM systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
Required skills
- IT diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Dynamics BC, and SQL Server.
- (Alternatively) Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, web applications, C#, and SQL Server.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
