We are looking for an e-Commerce Specialist to support the e-Commerce Manager in managing and implementing digital activities on proprietary and client websites.

This role will be pivotal in driving online business development by monitoring and optimizing revenue.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the E-Commerce Manager in negotiating and implementing tailored strategies and digital activities for the e-commerce sites of major Italian and European clients.
  • Monitor and manage business performance related to revenue generated through e-commerce channels in Italy and Europe, with a particular focus on retail sites and marketplaces (excluding Amazon).
  • Develop and negotiate customized Category Plan Activation plans for each client, adapting them to specific market needs and online growth objectives.
  • Prepare the online promotional plan for clients, following the guidelines of Trade Marketing and in coordination with National Account Managers and Area Sales Managers.
  • Manage relationships with external service and tech providers to maintain and continually improve proprietary websites.
  • Analyze the results of campaigns and digital marketing activities, proposing improvements to boost conversions and optimize KPIs.
  • Oversee the workflow for creating digital content, coordinating the development and implementation of custom materials for various clients, ensuring alignment with commercial and branding requirements.

Required skills

  • Previous experience in the e-Commerce sector, with a solid understanding of marketplace and retail site dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage relationships with clients at both national and European levels.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong ability to work towards business objectives.
  • Analytical skills to monitor performance and optimize ongoing e-Commerce strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and e-Commerce platforms.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
