We are looking for a car-owning candidate to join our Customer Service department for the Italian market. Experience in customer service or commercial back office roles is preferred. The workplace will be in Castellarano (RE) until March 2025, after which the company will relocate to Reggio Emilia. Residence near the new location in Via Marx 75 (Roncocesi) is required.

Key responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound calls, emails, or chats about customer orders
  • Providing product information and certifications
  • Processing customer orders
  • Making outbound calls for commercial activities, promotions, or events.

Language skills:

  • Advanced Italian
  • Basic knowledge of English is preferable but not essential

Qualifications required

Technical high school diploma, preferably with a focus on business or economics.

Required skills

The ideal candidate will have strong phone communication skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and effective problem-solving abilities.
