Key Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural and engineering projects for a wide range of buildings: residential, industrial, office
  • Manage both new construction projects and renovations
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive solutions for clients
  • Liaise directly with private clients, companies, and industrial groups
  • Ensure that projects comply with current regulations and company quality standards
  • Participate in site supervision and coordinate with executing contractors

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
  • Strong knowledge of design software (CAD, BIM, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Respect for confidentiality and protection of clients’ sensitive data
  • Strong sense of professional integrity and adherence to the highest ethical standards

Qualifications required:

Degree in Engineering or Architecture

Language skills required:

Knowledge of the Italian language

Skills requested:

Knowledge of CAD software, familiarity with BIM, basic understanding of structures and systems, strong communication skills, problem-solving attitude, good organizational skills, basic knowledge of building and urban planning regulations, basic understanding of workplace safety principles, strong motivation and willingness to learn, attention to detail, flexibility, and adaptability.
